Coming into View
There is more to you than the natural eye can see.
The world desires that you reflect what it designs you to be.
They don’t know all the ‘you’, God created you to be.
You were created to be deeper than your outer manifestation.
You were birthed to be a jewel of God’s exquisite imagination.
You were brought forth to worship God—love Him in veneration.
Decide to take the righteous path, despite what others say.
Define not your life by the vanity of the world’s way.
Determine in heart to cleave to God, let come what may.
You don’t know all of you, for, still to be told is your full story.
You are, yet, a work in progress in God’s grace observatory.
He is personally fitting you for your coronation in bright glory.
Despite the darkness of the past,
Regardless of the realities of the present,
In the face of the fog of the future,
You are now and, yet, still coming into view,
Becoming, by God’s grace, fully you…
We don't yet see things clearly. We're squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won't be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We'll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!
